Quality Methodology

Quality is an essential and the most important part of our organization, and we work with motto
“QUANTITY MUST BUT QUALITY FIRST”, our quality process is carried in the following steps.

LORRY ARRIVAL AT OUR FACTORY

Upon the arrival of lorries at our factory, the quality assurance process begins immediately to ensure high standards are maintained from the start.

10 % SAMPLES TAKEN BY QC DEPARTMENT

10 % of the samples from each lorry are taken by our QC department for a thorough inspection using detailed checklists and price tools.

MOISTURE, COUNTS, COLOR CHECKED BY QC DEPARTMENT

Our QC department meticulously checks the moisture levels, counts, and color of the samples to ensure they meet the stringent quality standards.

SAMPLES APPROVED BY QC DEPARTMENT

Once the samples pass all rigorous QC tests, they receive final approval, ensuring only the best quality is forwarded.

  • By going through the above process, quality is checked from the start by QC dept. and it is tracked continuously
    up to the end until the goods are stuffed into the warehouse for further processing.
  • Also, an independent surveyor, like geochem, sgs are hired as per the buyer's requirements, through which the
    quality is approved. and the samples taken by our QC dept. are matched with the independent surveyor
    results to meet perfect standards.
  • Each sample is carefully marked with the QC data to trace the sample from the warehouse up to the shipping.
